Eligibility for Returns
Most items purchased from AbnerShoes.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags intact
- Not personalized or custom-ordered (custom items are non-returnable unless defective)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any item that is damaged or defective should be reported immediately for a resolution.

Refunds
